All participants are encouraged to complete each of the six classes. Online courses emphasize theory and lecture content, while in-person sessions provide practical exercises where you apply what you've learned. Certificates of Completion are awarded for every course, and each in-person course earns one segment of the Leadership Award Coin.

A certificate of completion is available for every course you finish — both online and in-person. Completion of at least one class from each Body of Knowledge is required for graduation.
The Leadership Award Coin is earned one segment at a time through in-person attendance. Complete all three in-person courses (102, 202, 402) to earn the full coin — a tangible symbol of your commitment to leadership excellence.
