These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of VibeTMS, operated by York Rite Leadership ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this system, you agree to these Terms.

1. Authorized Use

This system is an internal administrative tool provided exclusively to authorized members, students, and staff of York Rite Leadership. Access is granted on a per-account basis and is non-transferable. Unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your account with others. Notify an administrator immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this system only for its intended purpose: managing student and member information for York Rite Leadership programs. You must not:

Access, modify, or delete records you are not authorized to manage
Attempt to circumvent security controls or access restricted areas
Export or copy data for use outside of authorized program administration
Use the system for any unlawful purpose

4. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that information you enter or update is accurate and current. We rely on accurate data to serve our members effectively. Do not enter false or misleading information.

5. Intellectual Property

The VibeTMS application, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of York Rite Leadership. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the system for its intended purpose only. No other rights are granted.

6. Availability & Changes

We make reasonable efforts to keep this system available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This system is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the system will be error-free or that data will never be lost. Use it at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, York Rite Leadership shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this system, including data loss or unauthorized access.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or inactivity. You may request account removal by contacting an administrator.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the system after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
